$14.99 USD

Life transitions are marked by feelings of grief, anxiety and fear. As many of us adjust to the “new normal” we may be noticing an increase in stress, feeling more “stuck,” a desire to reach for our cravings (food, wine, online shopping anyone?) more frequently, and experiencing more insecurities around boundaries and relevancy while working from home.

This webinar will cull from science and ancient wisdom so that you better understand your emotional response to difficult circumstances, provide you with the tools you need to be with anxiety and fear without suffering, and help you identify your unique limits and strategies for communicating them in ways that enhance your personal and professional relationships.
